  Its Sunday 12 pm my 4 year old boy was in a lot of pain and hasn't eaten all morning as soon as i walked in i was approached by a lady at the counter and straight away she said its by appointment only, i said its not for me its for the little boy he has fever and very tired.
  I told her that i was happy to wait so the Doctor can give him anti biotic.
  She said sorry take him to the Hospital.
  The experience i Had at what you call FAMILY Practice no were near what you represent the name FAMILY PRACTICE does not suit your business.
